What you can expect on your first visit
During your first visit, we dedicate time to listening to you and understanding your situation. We conduct an initial clinical assessment and, if appropriate, discuss the next step in the process. We do not administer any treatments without prior explanation or medical evaluation.
If you feel something isn’t quite right, if you have trouble sleeping or concentrating, experience memory lapses, or struggle to maintain emotional balance; if you feel exhausted or lacking energy; if your relationship with food isn’t healthy; if you’re not happy with your partner or yourself; or if you simply want to take better care of yourself, HINC can guide you.
Contact us to request information or schedule an initial assessment. We will explain the process clearly, without obligation, and with thoroughness.

Frequently asked questions
No. It is a neuro-emotional wellness center with a medical, holistic, and non-invasive approach.
At HINC, we see a diverse group of people, but they all share a common thread: they feel their emotional, mental, or physical well-being is out of balance and seek a rigorous, personalized medical approach to understand what's happening to them and address it at its root.
We see people with sustained stress, constant mental overload, or a feeling of being constantly on high alert, as well as professionals and executives who, despite functioning well in their daily lives, feel exhausted, have difficulty concentrating, experience cognitive blocks, or show symptoms of burnout. We also see people who sleep poorly, wake up tired, can't get deep sleep, or feel that no matter how many hours they sleep, they don't regain their energy.
At HINC, we treat men and women experiencing hormonal changes who notice alterations in their mood, energy levels, weight, sleep patterns, or libido, as well as people with low mood, persistent sadness, irritability, or a feeling of disconnection without a clear cause. It's common for people to come to HINC experiencing mental fog, forgetfulness, difficulty making decisions, or that feeling of a "foggy mind" that interferes with their personal and professional lives.
People also come with physical and mental exhaustion, lacking the energy to train, work, or enjoy life as before; people with persistent inflammation or bodily changes associated with stress or hormonal imbalances; and people who have a complicated relationship with food, with anxiety around eating, nighttime binge eating, or weight fluctuations—always from a careful and coordinated clinical perspective.
HINC also supports athletes seeking to improve their recovery, performance, or injury processes by working on the nervous system and brain connectivity, as well as people who, even if they aren't currently feeling "ill," want to take preventative measures, take better care of themselves, and avoid future health problems.
In short, people come to HINC wanting to understand what's happening to them, regain balance, and feel better with a medical, non-invasive, well-explained approach and genuine support.
Stress and mental load, rest and deep sleep, mental clarity and focus, emotional regulation, hormonal balance, functional well-being and cognitive longevity, always from a personalized assessment.
